L'Oreal Notting Hill Blues

L'Oreal Notting Hill Blues is from the fall 2012 collection called London Fall. It’s a medium blue with a slightly smoky hue and a gorgeous blue shimmer that makes it stand even more out. This is two coats with a top coat.
