Cupcake Polish What In Carnation (I love that name) is from the In Bloom collection. It’s described as a creamy cyan linear holographic polish, I see it as a gorgeous sea green – truly gorgeous. The holo effect is visible even in lower lights, and it’s fairly strong in the sun. It’s easy to work with, and this is two coats with a coat of Seche Vite.
