The base
color is the dark steel blue/jeans blue holographic China Glaze Strap on your
Moon Boots from the Hologlam coll. I chose to keep it simple and quick and
painted leaves in two colors of acrylic craft color along one side of the nail,
and I top coated with Seche Vite.
