Ms. Sparkle Water swatches


Ms. Sparkle Water is a beautiful blue scattered holo – blue like a pool or a deep summer sky. It’s easy to work with and it has squishy finish. Two coats are enough, but to ensure good photos I added an extra and a coat of Seche Vite.
