A England She Walks In Beauty swatches over black


A England She Walks in Beauty is from the Heavenly Quotes collection. You can use I on its own in three coats, but I am showing it layered in one coat over black with a coat of Seche Vite. It is mix of large and small rose-coloured hexagonal glitters in a shimmering pale golden color shifting base.

    I have this in my box of untrieds and every time I pick it up I think "Meh". It's definitely not a me-polish :)
