Lacquester Black Tulip is described like this: a black based polish filled with ultra chrome chameleon flakies in burgundy, gold, green, magenta. It also has a shimmer color shift and holographic finish. You see it in two coats with a coat of Seche Vite.

V-shaped floral French nail art

The base color is YSL Tulipe Noire – Black Tulip 34, see swatches HERE - and I painted a v-shape on each tip with Ozotic 901 Sugar. I painted my flowers with acrylic craft color, and the top coat is as usual Seche Vite.
