Julie G swatches: Cabana Boy, Fairytale and Gelato in Venice

In this post I have three random Julie G polishes to show you.

Cabana Boy:

Cabana Boy is a bright and strong blue cream in the same range as Nails Inc. Baker Street. You easily can get away with one rich coat, but this is 2 coats with a top coat.

Fairytale:

Fairytale is a pretty lilac cream, very opaque in one coat, but this is 2 easy coats (good dry time) with a top coat.

Gelato in Venice:

Gelato in Venice is a beautiful mint cream, very opaque in one coat, but this is 2 easy coats (good dry time) with a top coat.

Hiding in pastels

 

 

In my series of hiding in X, I have reached the pastels. First I painted 2 coats of the following colors: thumbs Julie G Fairytale, index Nails Inc. Sumner Place, middle Color Club Blue Ming, ring Essie Bikini so Teeny and pinkie Barry M Strawberry Ice Cream. With a dotting tool I created the camouflage pattern using the same colors, but the Strawberry Ice Cream was a bit too subdued, so I dotted Essie Lovie Dovie over those spots. Finally I top coated with Seche Vite.

I min serie Hiding in x er jeg nået til pastellerne. Først lagde jeg to lag af de følgende lakker: tommel Julie G Fairytale, pege Nails Inc. Sumner Place, langefinger Color Club Blue Ming, ringfinger Essie Bikini so Teeny og lillefinger Barry M Strawberry Ice Cream. Med et dotting tool lavede jeg et kamuflagemønster med de same farver, men Strawberry Ice Cream var lidt for blev I farven, så jeg lagde et lag Essie Lovie Dovie over de pletter. Til slut topcoatede jeg med Seche Vite.
