Nicole by OPI Kim-Pletely In love, Sky's The Limit & Yellow it's Me - swatches & review

My first Nicole by OPI - and maybe last

 

Kim-Pletely In Love - it's super sheer very pale pink with a subtle blue/green shimmer

 

Sky's The Limit - it has a subtle silvery shimmer, but I was very surprised that it is so super sheer. To obtain the same color as in the  bottle, you need several coats.

Yellow It's Me - it has a subtle copper shimmer - and it's fairlyr sheer.

I have tried them all on my nails, but since I hate super sheer and slow drying polishes (the more coats the slower with sheer polishes), I'm never going to wear them again. 

They are however very nice for layering or sponging and effect under my nail art - so IMO that's the best way to use them...

Roses on Lemon ice cream

 

Today I have something summery for you - it makes me think of different things, a happy girl in a retro summer dress, a garden table cloth with children eating fresh made strawberry jam sandwiches and a lot of other things - does it give you any associations...?
The base color is 2 coats of Barry M Lemon Ice Cream, and since Nicole by OPI Yellow it’s Me is the same shade with tiny coppery flecks in it, I added a coat of that too.

The roses I painted with acrylic colors, and the top coat is Seche Vite.

I dag har jeg en rigtigt sommerlig mani til jer - den får mig til at tænke på forskellige ting, en glad pige i en retro sommerkjole, en havedug med børn der sidder omkring bordet og spiser frisklavet jordbærmarmelade madder - og en masse andet. Men får du associationer ved at kigge på designet...?
Grundfarven er 2 lag Barry M Lemon Ice Cream, og da Nicole by OPI Yellow it’s Me er den same gule nuance med små kobberagtige flecks, lagde jeg et lag af den over.

Roserne malede jeg med akrylfarve, og toplakken er Seche Vite.
