Cici & Sisi Jumbo series 5 stamping plate review

I have many of the wonderful Cici & Sisi acrylic plates that I love so much. But I also wanted to try their stainless steel plates, so I bought Jumbo Series 5 for this review!

Cici& Sisi is located in USA.

The plates in the Jumbo Series come in a plate holder with room for all 6 plates. They have a pink plastic backing and a blue protective film, that needs to be removed before use.

The set is neatly packed in a cardboard box containing all of it!

The back of the plates have the logo printed on them, but unfortunately they stick to the plastic, so it was impossible to remove the plates before loosening it. I chose to remove the logos and wipe the inside of the pockets with acetone to avoid future problems.

The plate size:  15.5 x 10.5 cm including the plastic backing 14.5 x 9.5 cm without the backing.

The pattern size The patterns are 2 x 1.6 cm + bigger.

The price for is $23.99 for the entire set including 6 plates, the plate holder, a stamper + a scraper and a free large acrylic plate not otherwise sold – containing patterns from the Wedding coll. plates. 

The etching is medium deep and really nice and even – also perfect for the new stamper.

Lets have a closer look at the plates!

The base is Glam Polish A Place Called Wonderland stamped with Jolifin Pastel-blau, Cici & Sisi Jumbo Series 5 plate 25, stamper Fab Ur Nails Clear Jumbo Stamper – It’s entirely my fault the pattern broke, and I generally would have gotten a better result with a non-clear stamper on my curved nails - so it it's not the plates fault, that this isn't a good stamping mani!

The base is Stardust Beauty Gnomenclature stamped with Colour Alike B. a Mars, plate Cici & Sisi Jumbo Series 5 plate 27, stamper Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Stamper.

The base is Femme Fatale Iolite Streams stamped with Hit The Bottle Copper Haired Girl, plate Cici & Sisi Jumbo Series 5 plate 28, stamper Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Stamper.

The base is Picture Polish Hot Lips stamped with Pueen 100 White in White (Color Intense), plate Cici & Sisi Jumbo Series 5 plate 30, stamper Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Stamper.

So, what do I think?

Pros:

I love the varied and beautiful patterns, some are really unique too.

The plates are very easy to use and stamp well even with temperamental stamping polishes.

The plate photos/images on the website are easy to see with a good zoom/looking glass.

Cons:

I cannot really think of any stamping related cons…

But it was a little annoying that the print on the back stuck to the plastic pockets and had to be removed on both plates and pockets.

Final conclusion: I love them, and I love the idea of an entire set including all you need to get started (except polish), these sets also are really great for beginners!

Would I like to buy more? I wouldn’t mind – but I think I'll stick to their acrylic plates!

Infinity Nails and Dashica Nails stamping plate review

A suitable subtitle could be: effortless and perfect stamping.

And that statement goes for both Infinity Nails and Dashica Nails stamping plates – sold from Dashica Beautyshop in Holland - I suspect they are manufactured the same place.

I love the unique and gorgeous plates that offer me so many patterns including a lot of mirror patterns.

The plates come individually packed with a blue protective plastic film.

The plate size:  6 x 12 cm.

The pattern size is 1.5 x 2 cm and larger.

The price is 4.99 Euro (at the moment 3,74 Euro) for both the Infinity Nails and the Dashica Nails plates.

The etching is medium to shallow – and perfect in every way.

The base is Lacquester One Coat Wonder Black and Lacquester One Coat Wonder White stamped with the same two polishes – black over white and vice versa, plate Infinity 137, stamper Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Stamper. 

The base is Lacquester Doomed Deluxe stamped with Dance Legend 8 Mint, plate Infinity158, stamper Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Stamper.

And my only Dashica Nails stamping plate:

The base is Masura 1028 I See You Love Me stamped with El Corazon stm 32 Copper Flame, plate Dashica Nails 020, stamper Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Stamper.

So, what do I think?

Pros: There are so many beautiful patterns to choose from, and I love the many mirror patterns. The patterns stamp crisp and they are easy to use, also for a beginner.

Cons: I seriously cannot think of any!

Would I like to buy more? I definitely would.

Final conclusion: I love both the Infinity Nails and the Dashica Nails plates in every way.

Winstonia stamping plates review

Today I have a review of Winstonia stamping plates - and whimsical is the first word that comes to mind, when I think of their plates!

Winstonia is located in USA.

The plates come individually packed with instructions on the back. They have a blue protective film and a plastic foil on the back – no sharp edges. 

My plates came in this lovely blue velvet pouch with the logo on the front.

The plate size:  7 x 8 cm.

The pattern size The patterns are 1.8 x 1.5 cm for the rectangular patterns + bigger and smaller for the rest.

The price varies depending on where you buy. From Winstonia single plates are $4.95, and sets are sold at a lower price.

The etching is medium depth and really nice and even – and the thin fine lines stamp beautifully.

Where to buy: Winstonia, Ebay and Amazon – possibly more places.

Lets meet the plates:

The base is Masura Obsidian stamped with Pueen 100 White in White (Color Intense), plate Winstonia 02, stamper Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Stamper.

- also from plate 02 - remember that the above images are heavily enlarged, yet the crisp lines are super.

The base is Lacquester What Do You Sea? stamped with El Corazon 16 Green Neon and Moyra o5 Blue, plate Winstonia W03, stamper Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Stamper.
This became "just a test mani", when I for some weird reason placed the parrot all wrong – but it still shows that the finer patterns also stamp well…

The base is Glam Polish Down That Rabbit Hole stamped with Moyra SP05 Blue, plate Winstonia I Sea You, stamper Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Stamper.

So what do I think?

Pros:

I love the varied selection in patterns going from more traditional to many unique, fun and whimsical patterns.

The plates are very easy to use and the patterns with thin/fines lines transfer really well.

The plate photos/images on the website are easy to see with a good zoom/looking.

Cons:

I cannot really think of any…

Final conclusion: The plates are easy to use and transfer even the super thin lines well. They are unique and whimsical.

Would I like to buy more? I wouldn’t mind!

Fab Ur Nails stamping plates review

A suitable sub-title could be: Hassle free stamping.

Fab UrNails is an indie brand with the super sweet and generous Johanne as the creator and owner.

Fab Ur nails is located in the Philippines and ship worldwide, but they also have International retailers.

The plates have a blue protective film that needs to be removed before use – and the back has a really beautiful foil on the back with the Fab Ur Nails logo. The edges are smooth and pleasant to touch.

The plate size:  9.5 x 14.5 cm

The pattern size is 1.6 x 2.1 cm and bigger

The price from Fab Ur Nails is $14.50

The etching is medium and simply perfect in all details - simple as that.

Fun 6 is discontinued, but I love the different patterns on it!

FUN 16 has a lot of geometric patterns combined with swirls and flowers + cute teddy bears and children playing.

The base is Glam Polish Ms. Eva Ernst stamped with Hit The Bottle Absinthe Minded, plate Fab Ur Nails FUN16, stamper Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Stamper.

FUN 17 also has very interesting geometric patterns - but the two lower lines with the trees and the sea and fish was the reason I bought it - I love thóse patterns!

The base is Colors by Llarowe Summer Always stamped with Hit The Bottle A Bolt From The Blue, plate Fab Ur Nails FUN17, stamper Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Stamper.

FUN 19 offers a variety of different types of patterns!

The base is Picture Polish Hercynia stamped with Dashica Stamping Polish Neon Red, plate Fab Ur Nails FUN19, stamper Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Stamper. 

The base is Cupcake Polish Be More Pacific stamped with Pueen 813 Mermaid Green, plate Fab Ur Nails FUN 19, stamper Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Stamper.

FUN 20 also has a great variety of patterns, the cute little mischievous cats are just too adorable <3

The base is Starrily Bikinis In Belize stamped with Esmaltes da Kelly Dixie, plate Fab Ur Nails FUN20, stamper Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Stamper.

The base is Black Dahlia Lacquer Blue Ginger stamped with Ya Quin An Gold, plate Fab Ur Nails FUN20, stamper Fab Ur Nails Jumbo Stamper.

So, what do I think?

Pros: I love everything about them – they are easy and hassle-free to use, also for a stamping newbie!

Cons: None that I can think of.

Would I like to buy more? Definitely!

Final conclusion: I love the Fab UrNails plates, their patterns and how easy they are to use with a good result.

But that’s not all!

The Fab Ur Nails stampers are the best in the world – if you ask me. The Jumbo stamper (soft and sticky) is heaven on earth!

And the Fab Ur Nails Angular Kolinsky clean up brush is the best I ever tried, I love it to bits!
