Random subtle doodlings

The base color is Chanel Rouge Moire, see swatches HERE. I wanted to stay in the metallic frame with some subtle doodling, so I chose a copper metallic acrylic craft color and before I top coated with Seche Vite, I added inm Northern Light Hologram Top Coat Silver to the parts with the doodling.

Grundfarven er Chanel Rouge Moire, se swatches HER. Jeg blev i det metallic look og skriblede lidt med en kobber akrylfarve, og før jeg lagde Seche Vite toplakken, lagde jeg er lag inm Northern Light Hologram Top Coat Silver til den del af neglene med skriblerierne.

I'm 60 today, all grown up - or am I... - Tiny flowers for the pink one

I'm 60 today, but inside I'm a silly young girl wearing a hot pink mani!
This is not my actual birthday mani, because I simply haven't had the time to prepare the post, so you will get that another time.
In stead you get this mani, that I loved so much!

The base color is the absolutely amazingly gorgeous (in my opinion) Pretty Serious The Pink One, I couldn’t stop looking at it! I decided to paint tiny, tiny clusters of flowers in acrylic craft paint, and before I top coated with Seche Vite I added a layer of inm Northern Light Hologram Top Coat Silver, but only over the flowers.
The next days I'll not comment on the blogs I normally comment on, we have guests and I have a deadline to meet too...

Jeg bliver 60 i dag, men er stadig en fjollet ung tøs indeni.

Dette er ikke min faktiske fødselsdagsmani, fordi jeg har simpelthen ikke haft tid til at forberede idlægget, så den må i få en anden gang.

Istedet får i denne, som jeg synes super godt om!

Grundfarven er den efter min mening helt fantastisk smukke Pretty Serious The Pink One, jeg kunne bare ikke lade være med at stirre på den! Jeg besluttede at male små blomsterklaser med akrylfarve, og før jeg topcoatede med Seche Vite lagde jeg et lag inm Northern Light Hologram Top Coat Silver, men kun hen over blomsterne.

Ugly doodling on a silver torch

The Base color is Priti Nyc Silver Torch a grayish sand with shimmer. I felt like random doodlings in black and silver, but then I didn’t like it and spiced it up with a coat of inm Northern Light Hologram Top Coat Silver, and then I started to wonder what it would look like with two coats – and here is the result. It’s both a bit weird, but also a little cool maybe, you decide :)

Jeg havde lyst til lidt tilfældige skriblerier i sort og sølv, men så kunne jeg ikke li’ det og tænkte, hvordan det mon ville se ud med inm Northern Light Hologram Top Coat Silver, og da det første lag var lagt, tænkte jeg hvordan det mon ville se ud med to lag. Det er både lidt mærkeligt, men måske også en lille smule cool – hvad synes du???

Clusters of flowers on the glittery sky

The base color is the pretty pastel blue Picture Polish Sky. I painted tiny clusters of flowers in metallic acryl craft colors, top coated with inm Northern Light Hologram Top Coat Silver before I took these photos. But being used to Seche Vite and how fast it dries, my impatience made me use that too, to get a really dry mani in no time ;)

Grundfarven er den smukke pastel blå Picture Polish Sky. Jeg malede små blomsterklaser med metallic akryl farver, og jeg top coatede med inm Northern Light Hologram Top Coat Silver før jeg tog billederne. Men når man nu er vant til Seche Vite og dens evne til at tørre hurtigt, fik min utålmodighed mig til at bruge den også, så jeg kunne komme videre :)

Earthquake - Artsy Wednesday

 

 

I had no idea what an earthquake mani is – and I’m still not sure I know, but it’s the theme of this week in Artsy Wednesday. Ah, anyways, I chose to do both seismographic readings and cracks in a green field – not very inspired, I removed it after the photographing, I didn’t like it…

The white color is OPI Alpine Snow, the green is Cult Deal With it, the rest is acrylic paint and the top coat imn Northern Lights Hologram top coat in Silver.

This weeks theme in Artsy Wednesday is New Year.
I painted my nails with two coats of Essie Midnight Cami and highlighted an area with Chick Raven's Egg by sponging it on. With acrylic craft colors I painted the fireworks, and to enhance the effect I finished with inm Northern Lights Hologram Top coat in Gold.
