Picture Polish Winter swatches

Picture Polish Winter was released in 2015 as one of the Opulence Shades. It is a dark grey scattered holo with a smooth and lovely finish. Grey is not my color, but this one is OK. You see it in two coats with a coat of Seche Vite.

All though I'm not a fan of grey, I do like this one...

The holographic sky - Artsy Wednesday

 

 

 

This weeks theme in Artsy Wednesday is "Inspired by the view from my windows" - and I am so fortunate to live in the countryside, with a from time to time almost holographic (maybe not quite) blue sky - and we grow Christmas trees as a hobby. Right now the winter is quite cold and we have snow - so here you go...
The base color is Color Club Blue Heaven (very appropriate here, right?) from the Halo Hues coll. 2012, and the rest is painted in acrylic craft colors - and the top coat is Seche Vite!

Micro painting Monday - 5, Christmas & winter inspired

This fifth edition of Micro Painting Monday naturally is winter and Christmas inspired.

The next 4 paintings are Christmas inspired motifs - the base color is China Glaze Champagne Bubbles...

The last 4 are trees in the snow with different sky's in blue as the background...
