The base
color is MAC Peppermint Patti, a long time lemming – and I was so surprised and
slightly disappointed to see that it’s not really bright, it’s dusty – see my
SWATCHES
Ah well,
I used a multitude of pastels for the dots (both bright and dusty), finished with one coat of P2
Glamorous Finish Holo top coat 040 Just Fantastic! before I top coated with
Seche Vite.

SletThe dots are brightful and all the colours are cute, but I think they don't "pop-up" from the background :-) I like the base colour and I would probably use something like black or white or black&white to make some nail art on it :-)
