The Matriarch and the dotty Empress
The base
color is the gorgeous Mentality Matriarch, see swatches HERE. I added Seche
Vite top coat to the ring finger, and then I dotted with Mentality Empress, see
swatches HERE.
Wow, I loooove this manicure. The matte nails are sooo cool and the dots are so cute. :-)
