The base
color is Chanel Fracas 571, see swatches HERE – I needed something bright as a palate cleanser in
between all the darker colors. I painted my flowers with acrylic paint and
before I top coated with Seche Vite, I added a coat of inm Northern Light
Hologram Top Coat Silver for a little extra sparkle.
