Celestial Cosmetics Nebula was one of the 5 holos that Nicky released to celebrate Celestial Cosmetics first birthday on April 1st in 2014!
Nebula is a super gorgeous magenta leaning purple holo with a very strong effect in the sun, strong in artificial light, and it’s more or less visible in most light settings. You see it in two easy coats with a coat of Seche Vite.
