Too Fancy Lacquer Violette Etoilee is a Color4nails store exclusive. It’s a slightly
dusty medium purple holo with a very strong effect in the sun, bit’s it’s also
more or less visible in indoor light settings. This is two easy coats with a
coat of Seche Vite.
