The base
color is Dior Galaxie 992, swatched HERE, it's a super pigmented polish and a true one-coater, if
you are in a hurry. I painted my flowers with acrylic paint and before I top
coated with Seche Vite, I added a coat of inm Northern Light Hologram Top Coat
Silver for a little extra sparkle.
