Black and white flowers on the black tulip - nail art
The base
color is Chanel Tulipe Noir 457, and of course I should have painted tulips on it –
but I ended up painting these black and white flowers with acrylic craft
colors. The top coat is Seche Vite.

OK, the base colour reminds me of one of my favorite cartoon of my childhood, which in french was La tulipe noir (the original title was "Star of the Seine", in japanese, though)... so many memories!
This is one of those manis that combines 3 things I love into one amazing mani. The base color is beautiful, I love the stylized stripes, and you know I love your flowers. Bravo!
