Exotic Encounters is a green, slightly towards teal, cream polish. It is easy to work with, fairly opaque in 1 coat, but this is 2 coats without a top coat. The dry time is good.

Yes, it probably would be a good base - but with so many others that I truly love, well I probably go for one of those LOL
