Black lace nail art on Another Pink Panther
The
base color is the super gorgeous Catrice C04 Another Pink Panther - see swathes HERE, and if there
ever was a sweet pale pink, this is it. I painted a tiny black lace on the tips
using acrylic craft color, and the top coat is Seche Vite.
Looks so nice :)
