Celestial Cosmetics Elegantly Wasted swatches

Celestial Cosmetics Elegantly Wasted is a beautiful holo in a berry-like purple, like in black currant and forrest berries. It is very easy to work with, and you see two coats with a coat of Seche Vite, but it does dry shiny on it’s own too.

      It does a bit, but Ruby Hare is mre warm red purple and the holo is different :)

    I was convinced I have seen this polish on your blog just a couple of days ago. Now I see I was wrong (the one I was thinking of is Femme Fatale Ruby Hare ), but boy do they look alike. And maybe it is just that I always pick my purple holos from that dusty shade range and they keep catching my eye :D

      Ruby Hare is warmer/more red, and doesn't have the strong holo this one has - but I have developed a taste for this type too LOL
